AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO BEGIN DESIGN
OF AN INVERT FROM SAROYAN ROAD AND SHERWOOD CIRCLE
TO TESS CORNERS CREEK
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has determined that a
concrete invert and re-alignment of the ditch from the
intersection of Shenvod Circle and Saroyan Drive to its
connection to Tess Corners Creek is needed, and
WHEREAS, they have recommended that the Common Council
authorize its consulting engineers, Ruekert & Mielke, to
begin the design and draw up the specifications for the
project,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public
Works Committee, does hereby authorize the engineering
specifications for the re-alignment and a concrete invert for
firm of Ruekert & Mielke to design and prepare the
a drainage ditch from the intersection of Sheflmi Circle and
Saroyan Drive to its connection with the Tess Corners Creek.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Works Committee will
report its findings and recommendation to the Common Council
prior to bidding.
