AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF CLAIM

WHEREAS, Paul Grober has filed a claim against the City of Muskego
in the amount of $100.00 for four pine trees cut in error by a
highway employee, as a result of cutting noxious weeds adjacent to
his property, and
WHEREAS, the highway superintendent has reported to the Finance
Committee that said claim is just,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Paul Grober, S67 W20949 Tans Drive,
be paid in the amount of $100.00 covering same.
