ESTABLISHING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR REZONING REQUEST

WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a petition for the
rezoning of lands from Stanley Potrykus, said land to be rezoned
from RS-2, R-1, R-2 to RS-Z(OPD), located in the northeast of
Section 31, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego schedule a public hearing,
THEREFokE BE IT RESOLVED that the pAblic hearing for the above
shall be scheduled on August 22, 1978, at 7:15 P.M.
