APPROVAL OF CONTRACTS FOR THE KURTH AND HORN PARK PROJECTS

WHEREAS, bids for the improvement project scheduled for Kurth and Horn
Parks have been received, and
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Board has recommended that the low bid
of Century Fence Company in the amount of $13,954.00 and Frank H. Armstrong
Paving, Inc. in the amount of $5,995.00 be accepted, and
WHEREAS, monies have been provided for these projects.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept the
bid of Century Fence Company in the amount of $13,954.00 and Frank H.
Armstrong Paving, Inc. in the amount of $5,995.00 for projects undertaken
in the Kurth and Horn Parks.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to execute the contract
in the name of the City after review by the City Attorney.
