APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
(Heather Ridge Estates Add #2)-
Town of Vernon
8 WHEREAS, the city has received a request for the approval
of a preliminary plat for a subdivision in the Town of
Vernon known as Heather Ridge Estates Add. #2, and
WHEREAS, it is within the three-mile limit of the City of
Muskego and therefore falls under the extra-territorial
powers of the city, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended to the Common
Council approval of the preliminary plat,

) THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve of the preliminary plat
of a proposed subdivision in the Town of Vernon known as
Heather Ridge Estates Add #2 Subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this approval is subject to
approval of all objecting and approving agencies.
