RENEWAL OF EXTRACTIVE PERMIT FOR STATE SAND AND GRAVEL
WHEREAS, State Sand and Gravel Company has requested a renewal
of Conditional Use Grant 1/37 for an Extractive Permit, and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held, and
i WHEREAS, the Plan Commission, after public hearing, has recommended that the pennit be granted, and
WHEREAS, the City has on file a restoration bond in the amount
of $100,000.00, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that thecommon Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the recommendation of the Plan Commission
and does hereby approve the renewal of Conditional Use Grant 1/37
Dolan of Wisconsin for the period from July 2, 1978 to July 2, 1979. for an extractive permit for State Sand and Gravel and Payne and
