APPROVAL OF LEGAL STATUS (Tinti)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a request from
Elmer Tinti for legal lot status of Lots 2 and 3, Block 1
in the Meadowdale Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Comission has recommended approval
of the request, and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Comnission,
does hereby grant legal lot status for Lots 2 and 3, Block 1 in the Meadowdale Subdivision.
