APPROVAL OF LEGAL STATUS
E. Tinti
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a request from
Elmer Tinti for legal lot status of Lots 2 and 3, Block 1
in the Meadowdale Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval
of the request, ..~~..
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby grant legal lot status for Lots 2
and 3, Block 1, in the Meadowdale Subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that legal lot status would be
granted subject to a redivision of the lots in such a way
to have both lots front on Briargate Lane.
