COUNCIL'S OPINION REGARDING AMERICAN COLLEGE .I

WHEREAS, on the- 1st day bf Apri 1 , 1970, the Common Council
Muskego in the ar,ea of American College from RS1 to RS1 with
adopted Ordinance #166 which amended the zoning map of the City

hearing was held before the Common Council to consider the

WHEREAS, Section 9.02 (2) of the Zoning Ordinance of the City Of
Muskego identifies the uses by right which could be permitted
with an OIP Overlay, subject to approval by the Plan Commission
of the building, site and operational plans, and
WHEREAS, the Common Council is of the opinion that the proposed
use and operational plan does not conform to the requirements
established in Section 9.02(2) of the city's zoning ordinance,
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the Common Council reaffirm their
previous action and provide the Plan Commission with the COD-
census of their opinion,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby reaffirm their previous action which
approved Institutional zoning for a four year liberal arts
