DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT AN ORDINANCE
TO AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY

WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Plan Commission of
Diamond Drive, Jewel Crest Subdivision, be rezoned from
the City of Muskego thatp-operty known as W185 S6624-26
RS-3 to RS-3 (OD) to permit the existing duplex to become
a conforming use, and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby direct the City Attorney to draft
of the city by rezoning the following described property
the necessary ordinance to amend the zoning district map
from RS-3 to RS-3 (OD)
Lots land 2, Block 15,Jewel Crest Subdivision
