RESOLUTION #142-78
APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT .BETWEEN CITY OF MUSKEG0
AND WASHINGTON, OZAUKEE AND WAUKESHA TRI-COUNTY
NUTRITION PROGRAM FOR THE ELDERLY
WHEREAS, the W.O.W. Tri-County Nutrition Program for the
Elderly has requested to use Jensen Center as a location
to provide food services to the elderly, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that an agreement between the
City of Muskego and W.O.W. Tri-County Nutrition Program
For the Elderly be executed, and
WHEREAS, such a proposed program would be of benefit to
the elderly persons in the City of Muskego and surrounding
communities,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor and Clerk
Ozaukee and WaukeshaTri-County Nutrition Program for the
to execute an agreement between the city and the Washington,
Elderly. n
