EXTENDING THE MORATORIUM DATE .IN THE
NORTHWEST DISTRICT TO JULY 1, 1979
WHEREAS, on September 13, 1977, the Common Council
on major developments in the northeast and northwest
adopted Resolution #198-77 which created a moratorium
sewer districts until July of 1978, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee, after review, has
recommended that the moratorium in the Northwest Sewer
District be continued until July 1, 1979 and further
that the moratorium be reviewed in January of 1979,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the
Sewer Committee, does hereby declare a moratorium on
Northwest Sewer District until July 1, 1979.
