APPROVING SEWER SERVICE TO SANDY KNOLL

SUBDIVISION
1 WHEREAS, on the 25th day of April, 1978, the Common Council,
upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, approved
the preliminary plat of a subdivision known as "Sandy Knoll"
located in the SE+ of Section 2, and
WHEREAS, the city has received a request from the developers
of Sandy Knoll Subdivision for permission to connect Into
the city's sewer system, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that the
Common Council approve the request,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Sewer
Committee, does hereby grant the developers of a 29 lot
subdivision known as "Sandy Knoll" permission to connect into
the city's municipal sewer
