APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
South Wind Oaks Subdivision
Town of Norway -4
WHEREAS, the city has received a request for the approval
of a preliminary plat for a subdivision in the Town of
Norway known as South Wind Oaks Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, it is within the three-mile limit of the City
of Muskego and therefore falls under the extra-territorial
powers of the city, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended to the Common
Council approval of the preliminary plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
Commission, does hereby approve of the preliminary plat
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
of a proposed subdivision in the Town of Norway known
as South Wind Oaks Subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject
to approval of all objecting and approv,Cni agencies.
