DENIAL OF LEGAL STATUS

WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has been
petitioned for determination of the status of Lots 4, 5, and
6, Block 1, in Muskego Shores Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended denial of the
request,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby deny, upon the recommendation of the
Plan Commission, the request of Robert Hansen for legal status
for Lots 4, 5, and 6, Block 1, Muskego Shores Subdivision.
