DENIAL OF LEGAL STATUS

WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has been
petitioned for determination 6f the status of Lot 18, Krogman's
Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended denial of the
request,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby deny, upon the recommendation of the
Plan Commission, the request of Stjepan Peric for legal
status for Lot 18, Krogman's Subdivision.
