WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City ,of Muskego has been
Valley Heights, Unrecorded Subdivision, and
petitioned for determination of the status of Lot 28, Mill
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended denial of the
request,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby deny, upon the recommendation of the
Plan Commission, the request of James Van Skyhock for legal
status for Lot 28, Mill Valley Heights, Unrecorded Subdivision.
