ESTABLISHING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR REZONING REQUEST

BE IT RESOLVED that the public hearing date for a
rezoning request submitted by Eleanor Buehler to have
Lots 1 and 2, Block 5, Jewel Crest Subdivision to be
rezoned from RS-3 to RS-3 (OD), to place an existing
structure and use from non-conforming to conforming
use, be set for June 27, 1978, at 7 15 P.M.
