DESIGN AND ADVERTISE FOR BIDS THE INSTALLATION
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RUEKERT & MIELKE TO
OF CONCRETE INVERTS FOR "FENNIUORE DITCH"

WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has been reviewing
several drainage problems in the southeastern area of the
city, and
WHEREAS, it is their opinion that it would be in the best
drainage ditch known as "Fennimore Ditch", and
interest of the city to install a concrete invert in a
WHEREAS, they have recommended to the Common Council that
the city's consulting engineers, Ruekert & Mielke, be
authorized to prepare the specifications for the project,
and further that they be authorized to advertise for bids.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Pubic Works
Committee, does hereby authorize the Engineering Firm of
Ruekert & Mielke to prepare specifications and advertise for
bids for a project known as the "Fennimore Ditch Concrete
Invert".
BE IT FURTHER, RESOLVED that the Public Works Committee will
report their findings and recommendations back to the Council
