APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
American Eagle Subdivision
Town of Waterford I

WHEREAS, the city has received a request for the approval
of a preliminary plat for a subdivision in the Town of
Waterford known as American Eagle Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, it is within the three-mile limit of the City
of Muskego and therefore falls under the extra-territoria
powers of the city, and

WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended to the Common
Council approval of the preliminary plat, I
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, u$on the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve of the preliminary plat
of a proposed subdivision in the Town of Waterford known
as Amercian Eagle Subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject
to approval of all objecting and approving agencies.
