APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
(Valley Square)

WHEREAS, a preliminary plat for a 10 lot subdivision
known as Valley Square located in the SWt of Section 9
has been submitted by the Common Council, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval
of the preliminary plat for the proposed subdivision,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the
Plan Commission, does hereby approve of the preliminary
plat for a 10 lot subdivision known as Valley Square
located in the SWt of Section 9.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that prior to the submittal of
Plan Commission and Council will be executed.
the final plat a developers agreement acceptable to the
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject
to favorable reports and recommendations from all
objecting and approving agencies.
