REQUESTING ADDITIONAL TIME TO CONSIDER
REZONING REQUEST OF WISCONSIN EMPORIUM, INC.

WHEREAS, the Common Council referred 8 Petition to the Plan
COm?iSSiOn to rezone certain lands owned by Wisconsin
Emporium, Inc., and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission is required to make their
recommendation within 20 days unless additional time
is granted by the Common Council, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission needs additional time to
consider the request,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby grant to the Plan Commission
their request for additional time to consider the
rezoning request presented by Wisconsin Emporium, Inc.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the recommendation from the
Plan Commission shall be received by August 8, 1978.
