WHEREAS, public necessity demands that sanitary sewers
be provided within the City of Muskego and that the City acquire
lands required for a sewage pumping station in the Lake Denoon
area;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common
Council of the City of Muskego that it is necessary in the public
interest that the following described real estate be acquired for
the purpose of the construction and maintenance of a sewage
pumping station in the City of Muskego;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Attorney
are authorized and directed to negotiate for the acquisition of
those lands required for said pumping station, and in the event
said lands cannot be obtained by negotiation, the City Attorney is
hereby authorized and directed to commence condemnation proceedings
to acquire the lands required for said pumping station;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the attached Relocation Order
with respect to the acquisition of lands for the construction and
maintenance of the sewage pumping station be approved.
Legal Description as follows;
All that part of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 32, Town
5 North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County,
Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Parcel 15 described
in Certified Survey Map No. 0047, Vol. I, Pg. 58 and Vol.
981, Pg. 197, as recorded in the Waukesha County Records,
being the place of beginning; thence North OOo 27' 00"
West, 65.0 feet; thence South 89O 52' IO" West, 65.0 feet;
thence South OOo 27' 00" East, 65.0 feet; thence North
89O 52' IO" East, 65.0 feet to the place of beginning.

BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO

THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO finds and
determines that:
The proper installation, operation and maintenance of
sanitary sewers in the City of Muskego, and particularly in the
Lake Denoon area, require the acquisition of lands for the purpose
of constructing and maintaining a sewage pumping station thereon,
said lands shown on the map attached hereto and entitled, "Parcel
for Sewage Pumping Station."
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO thereby orders
that:
I. That the sewage pumping station be built at the
location as shown on said map;
2. That the required lands or interests in lands as
shown on said map shall be acquired pursuant to the Wisconsin
Statutes.
The foregoing order was passed and approved by the City
of Muskego on the 23day of May I 1978.
