APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR LAKE BRITTANY
ESTATES ADDITION NO. 1
WHEREAS, a preliminary plat for a proposed 24 lot subdivision
has been submitted to the Common Council, and
in Section 12 known as Lake Brittany Estates Addition No. 1
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission, at its meeting held on May 16,
1978, recommended approval of said plat subject to favorable
reports and recommendations from all objecting and approving
agencies and subject to review of the soil borings by the
city engineers,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the City Plan
Commission, does hereby approve of the preliminary plat
Lake Brittany Estates Addition No 1 subject to favorable
for a proposed 24 lot subdivision in Section 12 known as
reports and recommendations from all obj.ecting and approving
agencies and to a review of the soil borings by the city
engineers. /I
