APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT - OAKS OF NORWAY
(Town of Norway)
WHEREAS, the city has received a request for the approval
of the preliminary plat for a subdivision in the Town of
Norway known as "Oaks of Norway", and
WHEREAS, it is within the three-mile limit of the City
of Muskego and therefore falls under the extra-territorial
powers of the city, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended to the Common
Council approval of the preliminary plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commiss'ion, does hereby approve of the preliminary plat of
of Norway".
