ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE PARCEL OF LAND
IN hlUSKEGO BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK

WHEREAS, the City has received an offer of $24,000 00
for the purchase of Lot 6 Block 4 in the City's Business/
Industrial Park.by Robert Marcott, and
WHEREAS; accep.tance. of~.the :offer has~.been.xecommended
by the City's industrial:broker.,:=-EE;'.M. Boerke, Inc..,
THEREFORE, BE.IT RESOLVED.~that the Common Council of the
plat of land (2.00 acres) Lot 6 Block 4, from Robert
City of Muskego does hereby accept the offer to purchase a
Marcott in the City's Business/Industrial Park for a
price of $24,000.00.
BE:~IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk'are
authorized to .execute the necessary documents in the
name of the City
