AUTHORIZING RE-PURCHASE OF LOT 6, BLOCK 4
OF THE CITY'S BUSINESSfINDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, on the 26th day of January, 1976, the City of
Muskego sold to Thomas Keith a parcel of land designated
as Lot 6'Block 4 of the Muskego Business/Industrial Park,
and
WHEREAS, Mr. Keith has .failed to construct .a building
within the time provided-for in Section 13-of the Rules
and Regulations for the Muskego BusinessfIndustrial
Park, and
WHEREAS, the city's Sales Representative, Mr. J. Michael
Mooney of the E. M Boerke Company, has recommended that
the city re-purchase the property at an approximate cost
of $18,321.44, including interest, and
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego desires
to have the industrial park built up as quickly as possible
_crated, and
in order that the needed assessed valuations can be gen-
ateiy to construct a

WHEREAS, it would be

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby agree to re-purchase a lot in
the Muskego BusinessfIndustrial Park previously sold to Mr.
Thomas Keith for approximately $18,321 44
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney is authorized
