RESOLUTION 96-78
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT BETWEEN
WISCONSIN COUNCIL OF COUNTY AND MUNICIPAL
EMPLOYEES (Local #2414) AND THE CITY OF
MUSKEG0 (Police Dispatchers)
WHEREAS, a tentative settlement has been reached between the
Finance Committee of the City of Muskego and the negotiators
for Local 82414, Wisconsin Council of County of Municipal
Employees (Police Dispatchers), and
WHEREAS, the Union has-ratified the agreement, and
WHEREAS, .the Finance ,Committee has recommended'that the:Common
Council .als'o ratify thei.agreement,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Finance Committee
to execute the labor contract between Local #2414, Wisconsin
Council of County and Municipal Employees (Police Dispatchers)
and the City of Muskego for the year 1978.
