APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY
(Butcher-DeBelak)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to
of the Ada Butcher and John DeBelak property in the
the Common Council to finalize a one parcel division
Tess Corners Industrial Park in the NE* of Section 2,
and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval
of the one parcel division,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of'the
Plan Commission, does hereby approve of the certified
survey map submitted for a one parcel division of the
Ada Butcher and John DeBelak property in the Tess
Corners Industrial Park in the NE* of Section 2.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject
to the approval of the city's engineers.
