APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to
parcel indicated at Lots 1 and 2, Block 5, in the
the Common Council to finalize the division of the
Muskego Business/Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, the Common Council has accepted an Offer to
Purchase from James F. Luterbach for the lots contained
in this parcel, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval
of the submitted certified survey map,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego, Upon the recommendation of the
Plan Commission, does hereby approve of the certified
survey map of Lots 1 and 2, Block 5, in the City's
Luterbach.
