DISAPPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT OF
OAKS OF NORWAY SUBDIVISION
(Town of Norway -
WHEREAS, the city has received a request for approval of
a preliminary plat for a subdivision in the Town of
Norway known as Oaks of Norway, and
WHEREAS, it is within the three mile limit of the City
of Muskego and therefore falls under the extra-territorial
powers of the city, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended denial of
the preliminary plat because the Racine County Director
of Planning has objections to the plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby disapprove of the preliminary
plat of a proposed subdivision in the Town of Norway
known as Oaks of Norway because the Racine 'County Director
of Planning hasobjects to the plat.
