APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Lionel B Sherper)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Common Council to finalize a four-parcel division of the
Lionel B. Sherper property near the corner of Gold Drive
and College Avenue in the NWt of Section 4, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of
the four-parcel division,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve of the certified survey
map submitted for a four parcel division of the Lionel B.
Sherper property located near the corner of Gold Drive
and College Avenue in the NWt of Section 4.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of the city's engineers.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
an acceptable Developer's Agreemes.
