RESOLUTION #80-78
APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Oschmann)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to
of the Audrey M. Oschmann property (Aud-Mar Supper Club)
the Common Council to finalize a one parcel division
located at W156 S7901 Ladwig Drive in the NE* of
Section 15, and
WHEREAS, "the Plan Commission has recommended--approval
of -the~~one -parcel division;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve of the certified survey
map submitted for a one parcel division of the Audrey
M. Oschmann property located at W156 S7901 Ladwig Drive
in the,NE& of Section 15.
BE-IT FURTHER RESOLVED-that this approval is subject to
the approval of the city engineers.
