ACCEPTING LOW BIDS FOR 1978 ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has advertised for bids for the 1978
Road Improvement Program, and
the following bids were received;

WEREAS, the Public Works Corrunittee'has recommended that the low bid of
payne & Dolan for bituminous asphalt in the amount of $13.18 per ton be
accepted, and the low bid of C & K Liquid Asphalt for liquid asphalt in
the amount of $ .475 per gallon and pea gravelin the amount of $5.10 per
ton be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Pluskego
does hereby accept the low bid of Payne & Dolan for bituminous asphalt
in the amount of $13.18 per ton and the low bid of C & K Llquid Asphalt
in the amount of $ .475 per gallon for liquid asphalt and pea gravel in
the amount of $5.10 per ton.
