APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT

WHEREAS, the city has received a preliminary plat of a
proposed 29 lot subdivision in the SEi of Section 2
known as Sandy Knoll, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission, at its meeting held April 18,
1978, recommended Council approval of said plat subject
to favorable reports and recommendations from the objecting
agencies,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the City Plan
Commission, does hereby approve of the preliminary plat
known as Sandy Knoll in the SE+ of Section 2, subject to
