ACCEPTANCE OF'OFFER TO PURCHASE PARCEL OF
LAND IN MUSKEG0 BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK

WHEREAS, the city has received an offer of $43,200.00
for the purchase of Lots 1 and 2, Block 5 of the City's
Business/Industrial Park by James F. Luterbach, and
WHEREAS, acceptance of the offer has been recommended by
the City's Industrial Broker, E. M. Boerke, Inc.,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
Purchase a parcel of land, Lots 1 and 2, Block 5, of
the City of Muskego does hereby accept the Offer to
bach for a price of $43,200.00.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are
authorized to execute the necessary documents in the
name of the city.
