AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF QUIT CLAIM DEED FOR
MARLIN MEADOWS SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the city has approved the preliminary plat of
Marlin Meadows Subdivision upon the recommendation of
the Plan Commission with certain conditions attached
to that approval and one of the conditions provided that
a small strip of land adjacent to Lots 48, 49, 50, 51,
deeded back to the owners and replaced with a storm
52 and Outlot 3 which is owned by the city should be
sewer easement, and
WHEREAS, the developers have agreed to such a proposal,
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to have the city draw up the
proper documents,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
Attorney to draft a quit claim deed for Lots 48, 49, 50,
the City of Muskego does hereby authorize the City
51, 52 and Outlot 3 and further, to draft an easement
at the back of the same lots.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are
authorized to execute the documents in the name of the
city.
