APPROVAL OF SEWER ASSESSMENT FOR HAROLD DEBACK
(Former Nieman property)
WHEREAS, Mr. Harold DeBack, owner of the former Nieman
property on Racine Avenue, has received approval 'of- a
two-parcel division, and
WHEREAS, at the time the sewers were installed in
Racine Avenue only a portion of the property had been
assessed, and
WHEREAS, the Sewer Committee has recommended that Mr.
Harold DeBack be assessed an additional sum of $1,003.58
based on the per foot assessment established when the
sewers were originally installed,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public
Sewer Committee, does hereby approve the additional
assessment in the amount of $1,003.58 for the balance of
the Harold DeBack property on Racine Avenue.
