ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTATION FROM KOWALKOWSKI
PLUMBING COMPANY FOR INSTALLATION OF
SEWER AND WATER LATERAL IN THE
INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS quotes have .been received for the installation
of sewer and water laterals to serve a building in the
industrial park-to be occupied by Americas Cutting
Tools Company, and -
WHEREAS, the two quotes received were as follows
Paul J. Kowalkowski Plumbing $1,149.50
The Troy Company 1,736.00
and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that
the low quote from Paul J. Kowalkowski Plumbing Company
in the amount of $1,149.50,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the
Finance Committee, does hereby accept the low quote
of Paul J. Kowalkowski Plumbing in the amount of
$1,149.50.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are
authorized to execute the necessary document in the
name of the city.
