AUTHORIZING REFUND FOR SEWER LATERAL

WHEREAS, a request has been received from Mr. Willard
Anderson, owner of Lots 3 and 4, Block 13, Muskego Shores
Subdivision, to be given a refund for one of the sewer
laterals that had been installed to serve their property,
and
WHEREAS, .the Public Sewer-Committee.has recommended that
the sewer lateral charge ,for Lot .3,BlOek 13; in'the amount
ofi$225.~,00 be:-refunded..to kMr: :Anderson,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEDrthat the Common Council of the-
City -of Muskego, 'upon -the recommendation of fhe-Putjlic
Sewer Committee, does hereby approve of the refunding of
Willard Anderson, owner of Lots 3 and 4, Block 13, Muskego
a sewer lateral Fharge in the amount of $225.00 to Mr.
be-permitted for building purposes under the city's
Shores Subdivision, since use of the two lots would not
zoning -ordinance. -
