CCR1978056RESOLUTION 856-78 *- AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISING OF BIDS FOR CULVERT
INSTALLATIONS AS PER ORDINANCE #275
WHEREAS, Ordinance $1275 provides that all culverts shall be
installed under city direction, and
WHEREAS, it.is necessary to advertise for bids t.0 determine who
would 'be'most qualified to insta~ll .the culverts-as provided .-
in .Ordinance - #2 75 , and -.
WHERE AS^,. .the Public Works Committee has recommended that ithey
be authorized to advertise for bids,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOVLED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize that the Public Works Department
advertise for bids for installation of all residential culverts
required in the City of Muskego and as provided 'for in Ordinance #275.
BE IT FLTRTHER RESOLVED that the Public-Works Committee -is directed
to report its findings and.,recommendations back to the Council.
