REFUNDING ERRONEOUS SPECIAL ASSESSMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a request
from Mr Phillip Dibb for a refund of $25.00 which
was a special assessment for weedcutting, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Dibb bas claimed that the weeds were
not cut, and
WHEREAS,. the Finance Committee has determined that
there -is not sufficient. supporting -evidence t.0
indicate whether or not the weedcutting actually
took place and therefore has recommended the request
for a $25.00 refund be approved,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council
of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation
of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve of
the request-from Mr. Phillip Dibb forla refund of
$25.00 for an erroneous special assessment.
BE IT FURTHER .RESOLVED that the Clerk-Comptroller
is authorized to make the necessary refund,
