ACCEPTANCE OF LOW BID FOR WELL NO. 2 IN
INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, bids had been advertised for the installation of
a second well in the city's Business/ Industrial park, and
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received:
Milaeger Well & Pump co. $ 12,590.00
Layne" Northwest..Co; 11,940.00
Hoover Water-Well Service 9,970.00
Alan Lang Well- & Pump, Inc. 9,955.00
and
WHEREAS, the above bids have been reviewed by the city's
consulting engineers, Ruekert & Mielke, and they have
recommended that the-low-bid of -Alan ~Lang Wel-l & Pump, Inc.
in the amount of $9,955.00 be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the city's
consulting engineers and the Public Works Committee, does
hereby accept the low bid of Alan Lang Well & Pump, Inc.
in the amount of $9,955.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk and
authorized to execute the necessary documents in the name
of the city.
