DENIAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
(Valley Square)

WHEREAS, a preliminary plat has been’submitted to the
Common Council for approval of a proposed subdivision
located in the SWi of Section 9 known as Valley Square,
and
WHEREAS, the~Plan Commission has recommended denial of
said preliminary-plat,
THEREFORE; BE IT ‘RESOLVED -that the Common Council :of -
Commission, does hereby deny the preliminary plat.of a -
the City-.of Muskego,:-upon -the.~recommendation of. the Plan.
known as Valley Square for the following reasons
proposed subdivision located in the SWa of Section 9
1. The preliminary plat does not show the existing
zoning, soil types and street names as required
in Section-4.2 of the city’s Land Division
Ordinance.
2. The proposed roads.do not meet the street design
standards as required in Section 7.03 of the
Land Division .Ordinance.
