AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL EXPENDITURES FOR THE NEW
POLICE BUILDING

WHEREAS, The Chief of Police has requested that the Common
Council approve additional expenditures in the amount of
$1,981.00 in order that the employee's lounge room can be
completed, and

WHEREAS, the American Legion has donated $1,088.00 to
be used for the purchase of a display case in the lobby
entrance of the new police building, and
WHEREAS, this display case had been part of the original
project and therefore funds have already been provided for, and
WHEREAS, the American Legion has agreed to the use of
this money for the purchase of equipment needed in the
employee's lounge room leaving a balance needed to be
provided by the city in the amount of $893.00, and
WHEREAS, the Police Building Committee has recommended
that $893.00 be transferred from the Capital Budget
Unappropriated Surplus to Police Building Account.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Police
Building Committee, does hereby authorize the transfer of
$893.00 from the Capital Budget Unappropriated Surplus
Account to the Police Building Account,.in order that the
employee's lounge room can,be completed.
