APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT OF
WINDERMERE - TOWN OF NORWAY

WHEREAS, the city has received a request for the approval for
the preliminary and final plat for a subdivision in the Town
of Norway known as Windermere, and
WHEREAS, it is within the three-mile limit of the City of
Muskego and therefore falls under the extra-territorial powers
of the city, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended to the Common
Council approval of the preliminary and final plat,
THEREFORE, ,BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego,, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve of the preliminary and final plat of a
proposed subdivision in the Town of Norway known as Windermere.
