WHEREAS, the city has-received an offer of $10,000.00 for-the .
purchase of Lot 3, Block 1 (1 .acre) .in the City's Business/
Industrial Pac.k~ by Roy R. Jacobsen, and
WHEREAS, acceptance of the offer has been recommended by the /"--
City's Industrial Broker, E. M. Boerke, Inc.,
THEREFORE, ..BE-IT T RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the Offer to Purchase a parcel
of land,- Lot 3, Block ~1 (1 acre) in the. City's Business/
Industrial Park from Roy 'R. Jacobsen for the-price of $10,000.00. I
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that..the Mayor and City-Clerk are
authorized to execute the necessary documents in the name of
the City.
