AUTHORIZING REFUND TO 'SIMPSON-NELSON CORP
(Re Industrial Park)

WHEREAS, on November 11, 1978, the City of Muskego sold
City's industrial park for $52,200.00, and
to Simpson-Nelson Corporation 5.8 acres of land in the
WHEREAS, the land sold (Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 4) was
not platted and therefore a certified survey map was
required, and
WHEREAS, the final certified survey map indicated that
the amount of land actually sold was 5.4 acres, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the city to refund to
Simpson-Nelson Corporation $3,600.00 which is the cost
difference between 5.4 acres and 5 8 acres, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the
refund be made,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the City Clerk-Comptroller
to refund the Simpson-Nelson Corporation $3600 00 which
of the land they purchased in the city's industrial park.
