WHEREAS, a proposed Subdivider's Agreement has been pre-
sented to the Common Council by Rite Realty Corporation,
and
WHEREAS,. said agreement. has been reviewed by-the members
of the Counci-1.-and -the city Attorney,
THEREFORE, .BE IT .RESOLVED that .the Common-Council :of ,the
City of Muskego ,does i~hereby approve .of the;:Subdivider.!s ::
Agreement between -Rite Rea1t.y Corporation; m developers .of
Guernsey Meadows Addition No. 1 Subdivision, and the City
of Muskego.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute the agreement in the name of the
city.
