I APPROVAL OF PAYMENT FOR DISTRIBUTION OF FUNDS

WHEREAS, ,Section 10.4 of the City's Subdivision and Platting
Ordinance, requires that the subdivider shall deposit with the
City a mo'netary guarantee that all improvements of construction,
etc. shal'l be completed, and
WHEREAS, 'National Exchangors, Inc. did deposit with the City
a cash bond in the amount .of $7j500:00~in accordance with the
above, an'd I!
WHEREAS,:-:final .disbursement of .their monies have been .held
pend~ing r,esolution of--claims against~Nationa1 Exchangors, Inc.
by two sub-contractors, and
WHEREAS, !those claims are as follows:
Payne and Dolan, Inc.
Lifetime Construction Co.
$4,032.50
2,153.75
and
WHEREAS, 'disbribution of these claims on a prorated basis has
been-recommended by the-City Attorney and-the Finance Committee,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the above recommendations, does hereby approve
of the fo!llowing payments to the above claimants
